England needed 205 runs more for a win when play began post lunch on Day 4 of the second Test between India and England at Vizag, which made Ben Stokes crucial to the equation. But he has himself to blame for some casual running, as Shreyas Iyer pounced on and opportunity with a direct hit that found the England skipper short of his crease.
With six down, England, who lead the five-match series 1-0, already had their backs to the wall. And Iyer pulled off a stunning effort in the field to produce the seventh wicket for India.

It was the 53rd over of England’s second innings, when Ben Foakes and his skipper tried to steal a single. Stokes took it a little easy, perhaps thinking he will reach the crease easily. But running in from mid-wicket, Iyer threw down the stumps direct and the replay showed Stokes short of the crease.
